Video 1: Women’s Ordination: God’s Gift for a Renewed Church:
In her groundbreaking scholarship on women’s ordination, Ida Raming 
argues that church teaching affirms that baptism, not male gender, 
is the basis for ordination to priesthood. The current teaching 
banning ordination of women is rooted in a centuries-old 
discrimination against women. This ban is in contradiction 
to the authentic teaching of the church.  As Rev.  Iris Mueller, 
reminded an audience in N. Virginia, “women must have a 
burning heart” to confront patriarchy and transform the church.
This video presents clips from Ida Raming’s presentation to 
an audience in N. Va. in which she summarizes her research 
from the Roman Catholic tradition that supports women priests. 
Also shown is a clip from the  Mass  in which German Catholic Priests 
Rev. Ida Raming,  Rev. Iris Mueller, and Rev. Joan Hammond 
from the Free Catholic Church lead the congregation in praying 
the prayers of consecration.

Video 2: Archaeological Evidence of Women Priests and Bishops:
This program presents a conversation with Dr. Dorothy Irvin, 
a theologian and an archaeologist who provides convincing evidence 
from mosaics, frescoes, and inscriptions found in the catacombs and 
churches in Rome that women ministered as priests and bishops in the 
early Church.  

Video 3: Equals and Partners in Ministry
This video features an interview with  Rev. Joan Hammond and Rev. 
Ed Leis, a married couple who share their journey from the 
Roman Catholic Church to the Free Catholic Church. Joan was 
a Roman Catholic nun and Ed was a Roman Catholic priest. Now 
both are priests who ministers as equals and partners in the  
Free Catholic Church,  at St. Mary Magdala Community, a 
house church in Fairfax Station, N. Va.

Video 4: The Ordination of Rev. Denise Donato as a Catholic Priest: 
In this program you will see highlights of  the joyful ordination 
of Denise Donato by the Spiritus Christi Community in Rochester, New York.  
Bishop Peter Hickman from the Ecumenical Old Catholic Church presided 
at this spectacular community –celebration in Feb. 2003.
